Goa Tour Destination to Explore Wildlife Sanctuaries





Goa is a God gifted natural land. It is located at western coast of the India. Its one side touched with Arabic sea and two sides touched with Maharashtra and Karnataka state.  Goa also is famous for its four wildlife sanctuaries.  


Bondla Wildlife Sanctuary:  It is situated in Northeastern Goa just 52 kilo meters far from Panaji city. This spread in 8 square kilo meters area land. People can enjoy here of the zoological park, deer safari park, formal gardens, botanical garden, Nature Education Centre and Archaeological exhibit.

Cotigao Wildlife Sanctuary:  This sanctuary is located in Canacona Taluka, South Goa district. It is 70 kilo meters far from Panaji city in south. It is famous for 30 meters hights trees. People can visit here different types of the animals like flying squirrel, slender loris, Malabar pit viper, hump-nosed pit viper, Indian pangolin, mouse deer, four-horned antelope and white-bellied woodpecker.

Dr. Salim Ali Bird Sanctuary:  It is a bird sanctuary which located north Goa, Chorao Island Along With Mandovi River. It is just 8.5 kilo meters far from panaji city.

Mahavir Wildlife Sanctuary:  Bhagwan Mahaveer Sanctuary and Mollem National Park is a biggest wildlife sanctuary in Goa state. It is spread in 240 kilo meters square area land. It is located in Sanguem taluk, south Goa district.
